Here are a few proven ways to promote sushi restaurant:

Promote your sushi business in social media. Use attractive pictures and catchy slogans like the ones you found here.
Advertise in tv, radio or newspapers.
Have a build-your-own sushi menu where customers can order what they are craving for.
Have posters, billboards, banners or tarpaulins in strategic areas where volume of people is high.
Attract customers through discounts, coupons, or happy hours.
Have top celebrities or chefs endorse your restaurant. You could even start with more affordable local food bloggers or restaurant critics.
