I’ve only tried the scratch cards and never done the million-dollar jackpots like the PowerBall. But I certainly understand the appeal. I mean, you pay a small amount for a ticket giving you the chance to win millions without doing any work. God has control over everything. It is said that even before each one of us were born, he already laid down his plans for us. He knows already how we will live our lives. He made this world. He made us.
I believe God easily has the power to control who will win the lottery. He knows who will only spend a fortune placing bets but not winning. He knows that someone who will only place one bet and still win.
But with that being said, if you’re alive and reading this you’ve already won the lottery of sorts. The odds of you being born and alive right now are incalculable. In a sense, you’ve already won the important lottery. You exist. You are breathing. You can think for yourself and take control of all future actions.

How should you pray to win the lottery?
You can pray to win the lottery in the same as any other prayer. Here’s the basic approach that I use. First, I acknowledge God as the Father of all mankind. Next, I will thank Him for all that He has done for me, for helping me and giving me physical, emotional, and spiritual strength, and ask His forgiveness for all my wrongdoings.
I will then ask Him to help me win the lottery by sighting the reasons why I am asking for this. I will end my prayer with these words “This I ask in Jesus’ name. Amen.”
