Description: Nitrogen Creamery is Jacksonville’s first liquid nitrogen Ice Cream truck. They pride themselves of creating handmade frozen delights using all-natural ingredients. The ice crystals formed during the freezing process actually makes miniature ice crystals which make it remarkably smooth. Description: On the Fly was established in 2011 by owners Chef Andrew and Kelly Ferenc. They primarily serve sandwiches as well as other cuisines such as quesadillas, tacos, burritos, and wedge just to name a few. On The Fly has been voted “Best Food Truck” in Folio’s Best of Jax Poll 2012 and 2012’s Jax Truckies Food Truck Champion & People’s Choice Winner. A sample of their menu includes the Overloaded Sweet Potato Planks, Sweet & Spicy Marinated Chicken Quesadilla, and the El Diablo. They typically change their offerings every week so watch out for more on their menu.

Description: Established in 2006, Tasty Dog is North Florida’s foremost hot dog and sausage vendor. The Loving Cup

Description: Opening in 2013, The Loving Cup was a spinoff of a job at a known coffee store. Owner Matt Lennon helped start the Bonefish Grill in Jacksonville Beach more than thirteen years ago and have been part of its big events. He also used to work at Starbucks where he developed his love for coffee. It was when he decided to open a coffee truck and work in a different environment, day to day, every single week. The Loving Cup specializes in Cold Brew, Whole Bean, and Wraps. They also serve espressos, Lattes, Brewed coffee, Smoothies, blended Bevvies, as well as Cappuccinos all the time. This coffee truck has earned the Jax Truckies Sweet Tooth Award Winner.

Featured Menu Item: The Nitro Cold Brew has been a staple of their menu for years now. It’s served as an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe OFT, steeped for a minimum of 20 hours and put on nitrogen for a delicious, creamy mouthfeel.

Van D’s Dutch Delights

Description: Van D’s Dutch Delights was created by Tony van Dongen from the Netherlands. After getting married and settling down in Florida with their kids, they wanted to share with everyone what they loved to eat, Stroopwafels. These Dutch delights are waffles made from a couple of thin layers of baked through with caramel syrup stuffed in the middle. The couple went to the Netherlands to learn how to make these delectable Dutch treats. Armed with an authentic recipe and right mobile equipment, they set out to bring these sweet treats to the city of Jacksonville.
