Description: A Flying Sausage offers gourmet sausage sliders, burgers, burritos, and a lot more. Established in 2016, the food truck got to a slow start, but eventually picked up when they tried to adjust their menu and their prices. After a hitch when they had the food truck renovated, they were able to expand their menu choices. Today, they also serve sandwiches, waffles, omelets, as well as other sides. The menu includes the Breakfast Sandwich, Chicken & Waffles, and the Biscuits & Gravy.

Alma Food Truck
Description: Alma Food Truck offers a fusion of Asian and Mexican cuisine to the city of Jacksonville. The name was derived from the owners, Alex and Maria, which also means “Soul” in Spanish. Alma’s menu was inspired by recipes from the couple’s mothers and grandmothers. The couple added a modern approach to these recipes which were passed on from generation to generation. Chef Ale’s extensive experience in his culinary career, expanded Alma’s menu to include some dishes from around the world. Their menu includes the Americano, Mexican Slaw, Kimchi Slaw, as well as the Marinated Steak.

Dagwoods Food Truck
Description: Dagwood is the undisputed home of the Bacon Egg Cheeseburger. Opening its food truck in 1976, it is the oldest among the food trucks roaming around the city of Jacksonville. They offer burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, and tacos. Other than their daily specials, they also have a rotating menu which will keep you coming back for more. The menu also includes the Krispy Kreme Bacon Egg Cheese Burger (not related to the Krispy Kreme brand), the 1/2 lb. Philly Cheese Steak, and the Raspberry Walnut Grilled Chicken Wrap.

Description: Balu’s Surf Shack serves tacos, truck-made-ice cream, skewers, and a lot more. They have been serving some of the city’s events like the Jacksonville Porchfest, SMF, Riverside Winefest, and the Battle of the Beers, just to name a few. Balu’s menu includes the Greek Salad with Feta cheese, Vegan Stacked taco, and the slow smoked NC style Pulled Pork Taco. They also serve Quesadillas, desserts, and specialty drinks.

Blue Pacific Grill & Taco Bar
Description: Winners of the “Best Global Cuisine” in 2014 and “Best Taco” in 2015, Blue Pacific Grill & Taco Bar offers a variety of global entrées. Blue Pacific started in 2012 as a tent vendor at the Riverside Arts Market serving handmade tacos. After a successful stint on their venture, they opened up their first food truck in 2014. They expanded their menu to include global cuisines to offer their customers. Since then, they’re able to put up a second truck and won the Jax Truckies championships, twice. In 2017, they were able to open their first restaurant to expand their market. The menu includes tacos, salads, and Lumpia, a Filipino fried egg rolls with pork and vegetables served with sweet chili sauce.

Description: Corner Taco started as a small food stand inside the Oceanfront Bar way back in 2011. Back then, they had a wood burner grill fired by a Pecan wood and served fresh Tortillas daily. In 2012, they were one of the first food trucks in the South serving a wide variety of tacos. As part of the food truck revolution in Jacksonville, they developed a following from their loyal customers. Since then, they have received numerous recognition and was even included in a regional ad for a Super Bowl.
