This is a ready-to-go food truck with everything you need to start. In 2018-19, we built this truck to support our burgeoning catering and food truck operations business. This was / is our flagship truck for our business, Taco Heads – Fort Worth. Our strategy at the time was to build a food truck franchise business and so we spent nearly $145,000 to build out this 2002 Freightliner.
The truck has 66,000 miles on it and comes with a Cummins generator (6 years left on its warranty). We’ve included the structural designs along with pictures of the truck. The exterior and interior are in great condition. All appliances and heavy equipment are in great working order, including the vent-a-hood and fire suppression system. There is plenty of space for food preparation and storage. There are minor repairs needed to the exterior vent (small repair, less than $500).
