body money could buy, The Freightliner Chassis MT55, with a workhorse 6.6lt engine.
The truck is equipped with dual 9500-watt super quiet generators (runs for 5 to 6 hours
depending on demand). The Truck is a beast on wheels and can meet any need. This truck drives wonderfully with cameras all around for safety and security.
The truck was built as a mobile kitchen for a catering company and an on-site Food
Truck. The truck was equipped with versatility in mind so that cuisines such as Mexican,
Argentinian, German, Old School Italian, and Seafood have been produced. We have
serviced hundreds of people at larger events in venues of all types and locations, and
dozens at Breweries in Asheville, NC.
We did not spare anything in the quality of the equipment. A team of chefs designed the

There is room for the addition of a single-door freezer if needed. There is plenty of
power from the generators with Watts to spare. It can plug into a 220 outlet with the
L14-30R extension cords we will provide. Most Breweries and Festival locations are
familiar with and provide for these hook-ups.
There are only 5637 miles on this beauty. It was used several dozen times and has
been sidelined due to a new direction for our company. We will be sad to see her go. It
is a money-maker for a new business start-up and or an upgrade for a catering or Food
Truck team.
