The unit is literally a restaurant on wheels, it’s like having your own mobile kitchen/restaurant. This is a one of a kind unique self sufficient fully functional moving restaurant built in one of the best specialized facilities in the United States.
It consists of a dining area and a kitchen area separated by an aluminum wall. The dining area inside can fit up to 24 adults or about 36 children. The unit has air conditioning (four big air conditioners fitted above for this area alone). Also, there are seats included for over 50 people to sit outside. The kitchen area features 3 fridges and 1 freezer as well as many appliances, food warmers, etc.
