Up for sale is a 1987 Prevost Food Bus that has been modified in 2014 to become a state of the art rolling kitchen. This 40-foot long and 96-inch wide food bus is powered by a low mileage Detroit 60 Diesel engine with Allison 5 Speed Manual transmission. With its propane-powered griddle, dual range, 4 Burner, 24” Broiler, 50 lb deep fryer, and walk-in cooler, this food bus is fully equipped to serve delicious food to the masses.

The food bus has stainless steel prep tables, triple sink with hand wash sink, and ample storage space for food and supplies. It also has a 100 Amp Panel and DC Connection for shore power. The bus comes with a 135-gallon fresh water tank and 150-gallon grey water tank.

Although the bus has been sitting for the past 3 years, it has huge potential as it was previously listed for sale at $495,000. With a little bit of love and attention, this bus can be a tremendous opportunity for someone who can see the upside.

The bus is currently in need of renovation, as the hot water tank needs updating, the generator was removed, and the vehicle needs maintenance on brakes and electrical. The title is currently registered in Canada, so it would need to go through the process of your state titling process from the beginning. Alternatively, the bus should be moved to a location for a permanent food service, and the titling may not be necessary in that situation.
