Here’s what I found about some of their “secret menu” items: Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie, Gimme 5 Carrot Smoothie, Cranberry Truffle Smoothie, Tropi Colada, Sunny Day Smoothie. 

I saw a Facebook post from 2021 that says you can go and ask them directly about their secret menu, so maybe the next time you visit a Tropical Smoothie Cafe, you can just ask the staff directly what their secret menu is and give it a try.

What is Flip Flop Day at Tropical Smoothie Cafe?

Tropical Smoothie Cafe has an annual event called “National Flip Flop Day”. This event usually takes place on the second Friday in June.

On this day, customers who come into the store wearing flip-flops between 2 PM and 7 PM (local time) receive a free 16-ounce Sunshine Smoothie.
