In fact, Little Caesars is comparable in price to the frozen pizzas you get in a grocery store.

Questions and Answers About Little Caesars Menu

Does Little Caesars deliver?

Yes, Little Caesars delivers through third-party like UberEats and DoorDash. In 2020, the pizza chain also announced they would bring back in-house delivery that you can order with the mobile app.

Before that, Little Caesars’ last delivery in-house service happened almost 20 years ago. The company decided that it was time to bring it back while remaining on brand.

According to the President and CEO, David Scrivano, they’ve seen experienced the biggest price inflation in decades. This prompted them to bring back their in-house delivery service where customers can order without requiring a minimum purchase, but instead, a $2.99 delivery fee and a 10% service fee is added to each order to cover the expenses of this extra service.

Staying true to the brand this in-house shift offers significant savings to customers who order delivery since the the fees with UberEats can be as much as $7.99 per trip.

Does Little Caesars have gluten-free pizza?

In 2022, Little Caesars launched their gluten-free pizzas but before anyone could rejoice, they also admitted that their gluten-free pizzas are not suitable for people with gluten intolerance and celiac disease.

The company also stated cross-contamination is very much a possibility since their kitchens don’t have designated areas for gluten-free and regular pizzas. Another thing to take note of is the fact that their staff also have not received special training on preparing gluten-free pizzas.

Safe to say, if you have gluten intolerance or celiac disease, it would be best to not order Little Caesars’ gluten-free pizzas.

But one alternative you could order is the Hot-N-Ready Wings. All wing menu items are gluten-free. But again, there’s no guarantee they will be prepared in a gluten-free space.

Does Little Caesars have thin crust pizza?

Yes, Little Caesars does offer thin crust pizza. They introduced the crust nationwide back in 2018. The thin crust pizza is made with a crispy, flaky crust and topped with sauce made from fresh-packed, crushed tomatoes, mozzarella and Muenster cheeses. Little Caesars also offers a pretzel crust if you’re looking for something a little different.

Are Deep Dish Pizzas available at Little Caesars?

Little Caesars offers Detroit-style deep dish pizza. It is available in both original and gluten-free crusts.

Offering Detroit-style pizza makes sense considering the first Little Caesar’s location opened in Garden City, Michigan. This is a suburb located just west of Detroit. Little Caesars takes pride in their Detroit-style deep dish pizzas because it’s part of their history.

Keep in mind, however, this is not a traditional Detroit-style pizza. The crust is not as thick and sauce is not as sweet as a traditional Detroit-style pizza. Each pizza is served with eight thick pieces cut into squares and covered with cheese, sauce, and other toppings.

Little Caesars first offered Detroit-style pizza in 2013 and it remains on the menu today. They were the first pizza chain to offer this deep-dish style of pizza among the major chains. Another thing to take note of is that their deep-dish style pizza is the lowest priced among their competitors.

Deciding what to order can be hard.

What Type of Pizza Sauce Does Little Caesars Use?

Little Caesars’ sauce is made from vine-ripened crushed tomatoes from California that are turned into a puree giving the pizza its trademark flavor. The sauce is contains tomato puree, water, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, and ground black pepper. The sauce is cooked in a large kettle and then poured over the pizza dough before it’s baked in the oven.

Does Little Caesars have salads?

No, you cannot order a salad at Little Caesars. There are no salads on the current menu.

You may see conflicting information when you check other websites, however. This is due to the fact that Little Caesars used to offer a Greek Salad and Caesar Salad. Sadly, you won’t find either of these on the menu any longer.

The Greek Salad contained tomatoes, cucumbers, pepperoncini peppers, black olives, and feta cheese. The Caesar Salad featured romaine lettuce, croutons, and parmesan cheese.

Does Little Caesars have wings?

Little Caesars offers four varieties of wings to choose from including classic oven-roasted, buffalo, BBQ, and garlic parmesan. Back in 2011, they offered eight wings flavors with the addition of a teriyaki, bacon-honey mustard, spicy BBQ, and lemon pepper. However, the chain has since discontinued these four flavors.

In 2021, Little Caesars announced two new additions to the chicken menu: the Crispy Chicken Cravers and crispy boneless chicken wings. Unfortunately, these were only available for a limited time.

By and large, the feedback about Little Caesars wings is overwhelmingly positive. The wings are crispy, flavorful and a terrific value coming in at $7.99 for an eight piece order. They taste even better dipped with a side order of ranch.

During my research, I found few complaints about the wings at Little Caesars. Some people say that the wings are too greasy or that there aren’t enough flavor options.

Is bacon one of the pizza toppings you can order?

Yes. You can order bacon as a topping on any pizza at Little Caesars.

If you like customizing your pizza to your liking Little Caesars made some changes in their mobile app to include the option custom pizza builder. This includes choosing your toppings from these incredible options: onions and mushrooms, pepperoni, beef, ham, Italian sausage, green peppers, and of course BACON.

Did Little Caesars Discontinue the $5 Pizza?

Little Caesars signature $5 Hot-N-Ready pizza was around for more than 20 years since it was first introduced in 2001. Since then, it became one of the fan favorites because of how cheap it was and the fact that it was remade and ready for takeout without the need to preorder it. Sadly, this deal is no longer available.

Fast forward to today, Little Caesar’s Hot-N-Ready now costs $5.55 – an 11% increase from its original price. This is all because of inflation which has overtaken the restaurant industry and increasing the costs of pretty much everything. National competitor Domino’s also publicly announced plans to increase prices by 7% and increase the price of its Mix & Match deal from $5.99 to $6.99 (16.69% increase).

Will $5 pizza ever make a come back?

On the bright side, the increase price at Little Caesars Hot-N-Ready comes with an improved product offering as well because pizza now has 33% more pepperoni. So the chain is making every effort to do right by their customers in my opinion.

Also, despite the price increase, Little Caesar’s Hot-N-Ready is still a lot cheaper compared to what Domino’s and Pizza Hut offer which is often priced between $13 and $16 for a large pizza depending on where you are and the type of pizza you order. When it comes to price, you’ll still be hard pressed for find a cheaper pizza.

Did Little Caesars Increase Menu Prices?

Price hikes aren’t new and not even exclusive to the food and beverage industry which is why it wasn’t surprising at all when Little Caesars increased the price of its famous Hot-N-Ready pizza from $5 to $5.55. The price of the Extra Most Bestest pizza has also increased, from $7.99 to $8.49.

Little Caesars CEO Dave Scrivano said that the price increases were necessary to offset rising costs of ingredients and labor. Scrivano also said that the company is still committed to providing value to its customers and that the new prices are still a good value.

Of course, all restaurants have been impacted by inflation. Inflation is the general rise in prices for goods and services over time. According to the Department of Labor, food away from home at restaurants is up 8.8% since 2022.

The rising cost of ingredients, such as flour, cheese, and tomato sauce is largely to blame for increase menu prices at your favorite pizza joint. This is due to a number of factors, including droughts, rising energy costs, and supply chain issues.
