This is a brand new build, 7′ x 14′ kitchen with brand new equipment never been used. The unit is all electric – it was designed for a stuffed potato venue. It would also make an excellent breakfast truck. This is a class-4 kitchen with a hood. It is also a California compliant food truck.
The kitchen is built in the 1997 Chevy P30 Step Van and it is in good shape with 47,000 miles on it.
