For sale is a 2016 Chevrolet Express box truck which was converted into a food truck. The cab is separate from the working area. The food I served was international fare. Korean BBQ, Lebanese, Italian and Polish based on my family. The menu basically stayed the same but I had specials during specific events such as Buffalo Bills games, ArtPark music venues, and catering jobs.
This food truck has two 30 gallon propane capacity, you can run the truck for the entire day. It also has two outlets allowing you to hook up to electrical outlets for fairs, and all day events.
The truck has a large grill, two burners, convection oven, and three compartment warming unit.
Cummings generator is installed in the truck with on off switch inside as well as access outside. This is virtually a new generator which was purchased only last 2021, with very little hours used due to covid lock down.
The 50 gallon fresh water capacity is more than enough to complete prepping and washing the pots and pans with hot water on demand. It also has a 40 gallon waste water tank. The pipes are winterized to handle the cold winters of New York State. This allows you to run the truck year round.
