This is a 2015 single axle Continental cargo trailer we purchased in April of 2015. It was approved by the state of Washington Labor & Industries on September of 2015. We used this trailer from May through September of 2016, 2017 and 4 days September 2018. We installed a 1-gallon water tank and a battery for the water pump on the battery maintainer for winter. This trailer was used as a hotdog stand though it can be used for almost anything. It is equipped with 2 double burners, steam table, and a gas grill with griddle which I used for cooking onions, tomato, and green peppers.
We purchased this trailer from Ben’s carts “Stand King”. After we did the state requirements, we have made the following changes:
1. Installed a type 1 commercial 3′ hood & vent with fire suppression system.
2. Replaced the propane water heater with a Hubbell 1 gallon 45-watt water heater for
hand washing. The heater was placed under the counter next to the clean water tank.
3. Equipped with fresh & waste water tanks, installed 4″ drain in the wastewater tank and
Installed a handicap shelf outside of the trailer by concession window.
4. Bought a commercial handheld fire extinguisher.
5. Placed an air vent place on top of the trailer.
6. Installed commercial-2 breaker box wire to a 15 Amp outlet and fan in the hood & vent. Plugged lights and water heater into the outlet.
7. 2 sinks were disconnected from the water system and are used for storage. It is installed
over the clean water tank. Sink #3 is now a handwashing sink and sink #4 is smaller.
I used to keep things on the ice as the water will drain into the waste tank.
8. Installed a potable water hose for filling the clean water tank and a 4″ drain hose to drain the waste water tank.
9. Installed 2 overhead LED shatterproof lights.
10. Replaced the propane grill with an approved Cuisinart propane grill.
We have also installed an electric jack and battery box with 12-volt deep cell battery. The battery box has a solar plate that keeps the battery charged. The hitch has a light for night purposes. We also installed a 3-tier shelf for storage over the wastewater tank.

This trailer tows great, with a one person set up. You will need a generator for off-grid use or use the extension cord to plug into other power sources. The hood and vent are easy to clean, I clean weekly or if not done using for a while, before and after winter. I would set the trailer up myself, which usually takes 30 minutes to set it up.
