For sale is a 1991 P30 Chevy step van that is a fully loaded food truck used as a cupcake truck. It was a bread van with a local route then a cupcake truck driven into town and was parked which is why the mileage is just under 80K miles for its entire life.
We purchased it to use as a sandwich truck and everything shut down with the pandemic so we were never able to utilize investment funds to get it fully licensed in Dallas TX – as a result, we focused on our restaurant and bakery business doing local delivery instead.
