The trailer also features an all-new electrical system with a 50-amp service panel, a shore power cord, and multiple outlets to service all equipment, with room for expansion. Two new solar-powered ceiling fans for great ventilation. A new plumbing system with a freshwater tank, a wastewater tank, water pump, and instant water heater are also installed and ready.
Interior is all new riveted aluminum sheet metal, with new insulation, and all new stainless steel diamond decking floors. Newer Dexter axles and tires are in good condition. All cabinets and equipment are still protected with plastic shipping wrap, too. Original awning is in great condition and fully operational with no tears!
Trailer conversion was done by a professional trailer builder with experience on food truck conversions and all equipment is anchored. Please note this trailer has not been LNI certified, but was built to meet State of Washington food truck/trailer standards. You will just need to complete the applications and get inspected to obtain the LNI certification.
