For sale is a unique wood oven pizza truck. The truck has been in operation for only two months, it was built during the COVID time. So far it’s showing great results. The truck was rebuilt from the box truck, which has been running in California, therefore no rust at all. Equipped with a Caterpillar engine, an automatic transmission, and it has 110K miles on it which is nothing for a heavy duty truck.
The truck was built with the assumption to make 200 pizzas a day. The truck includes wood storage, battery, dough and ingredients storage. It is equipped with a Forno Bravo wood oven with a capacity of 4 pizzas at time. Truck has four solar panels, which gives you 1.3 kW/h. Battery bank is 4.8 kW. During our operation we worked 6-7 hours, without using a generator, that gives you the opportunity to work without noise and smell of the generator.
