We converted this tiny house into a farm stand to sell frozen meat and refrigerated produce directly to consumers. This tiny house concession stand is heavy and tall, best used in a seasonal or semi-permanent location. We built it in Colorado and moved it to Boise where we used it as a delivery distribution / farm stand for our farm in Malta Idaho. Unfortunately, we are closing our farm and liquidating our remaining assets. We were only able to use this stand for a few months, so it’s in fantastic condition. All the refrigeration units were brand new when we built it last year and everything works perfectly. It also has a smart-tv that works as a digital menu or signage system. It has a small sink with a water heater, a nice mini-split that both heats and cools the space, and 2 ceiling fans. This tiny house trailer could also work as a grab-and-go food service, sandwich shop, etc.. We spent over $68k building this unit but are only asking $45k to move it quickly.
