Custom built in 2016, this 20 ft. Discovery Tandem trailer comes fully loaded to take your existing business or your new start up to the next level. Allowing you to take your services wherever they are needed. We have cooked full-service dinners for up to 200 people out of the trailer. We have also turned it into a late-night style food truck at weddings or corporate events. This trailer has been treated very well and was an integral part of my business. It is sad to see it go, but due to factors beyond my control we have had to close the business. I have been the only owner of the trailer and have taken extremely good care of it. It was built to my specifications (by a professional company here in Ontario) and includes all top-of-the-line commercial restaurant equipment. It is TSSA certified and has had all required annual inspections, including road worthy, fire, and public health.
I have also added after market upgrades that include a UV light system which allows water to be used from wells. This has now enabled us to pass health inspections on another level; as before only town/city water could be used in the trailer.
A 23-gallon hot water tank and a 35-gallon grey water holding tank have also been added.
The roof has been re-tarred and the bottom of the trailer has had a rubber like sealant added to prevent any moisture damage.
Purchase will also include, a Briggs & Stratton 10kw generator with 1050 hours on it, (also had regular maintenance) loading ramps and gas cans, as well as a 50ft electrical cord to run from trailer to generator, and a second cord that allows you to plug into an electrical outlet directly.
