This is a wood-fired Brick oven built on a trailer. The unit includes a pizza prep station and all the equipment to operate a concession trailer and catering business. We used a Forno Bravo mobile oven kit to begin building the oven. We constructed the oven on a custom-built heavy duty aluminum frame inside the trailer. We used a double wall flue pipe for air to go through the roof. Heavily insulated with refractory insulation and then quick wall mortar. An Avantco pizza prep station is installed in the front of the trailer.
