Turn-Key Unique Wood-Fired Pizza Food Trailer Business Available. 2015 7′ x 18′ Porch Trailer (7′ x 10′ inside, 7’x 8′ porch), 2-3500 lb Rockwell leaf spring axels with brakes. Custom-built 28” interior diameter wood burning, dome oven which can fit 2-4 pizzas, depending on size with as beautiful, custom Arizona-themed (cacti, big sky, four peaks mountains) mosaic on outside shell of the oven. The hearth and dome are 8″ thick, 4″ of NSF UL listed fire brick, and another 4” of ceramic blanket and insulating concrete. Oven has no problem getting to and staying at 900 degrees and cooking pizzas in 90 seconds! Chimney is double walled and insulated to meet any fire/building codes. The oven is on a caster/track system to roll over the axles of the trailer, and locks into place via latches attached to the frame of the trailer, ensuring stability while towing. In cooking position, the chimney transition on the trailer slides over the oven chimney. System is all double lined, and meets fire/building codes. The porch the oven is located on is screened in with screen splines caulked into place, so screens will not come out of the frames at highway speeds.

Inside the trailer:

Kairak 48″ 6-1 3 pan single door fridge prep table

Double-door BevAir reach-in fridge

VitaMix 500 blender with pitcher and lid

20qt Hobart mixer with dough hook

2’x4’ stainless

steel work table with shelf

12x18x16 3-compartment sink (big enough to wash full size dough trays, 20qt mixing bowl, etc.)

3.1-gpm water pump

3-gpm tankless gas water heater (vented with correct type of vent pipe), Handwashing sink with splash guard

30 gallon fresh water vented tank

40 gallon grey water vented tank

Dometic Brisk Air II 15,000 BTU Air Conditioner,

60 amp breaker box with 25′ 30 amp RV cord

2-4’ fluorescent light fixtures (one inside, one on porch)

white aluminum covered walls and ceiling

black and white checkered linoleum floors

drying racks, 2-24″speed rails

3′ x 5′ service window with 8″ x 14″ self closing service screen

On the outside of the trailer is a 5’x1’ folding service counter, additional LED lighting (fixture and light strip across top service side edge), 20 lb propane tank (for tankless water heater), spare tire carrier. Also comes with additional pans, 20 dough trays (300-12” pizza dough ball capacity), pizza peels, dough blades, pizza cutters, knives, cutting boards, menu boards, 10’x10’ EZ-UP canopy, 32” round tall folding table, 5 foot folding table, 5 stools, galvanized steel ash buckets, etc. Includes Yamaha EF6300iSDE portable invertor generator (1100hrs, oil changed every 100). Everything works great, and trailer has been well maintained; axle bearings repacked about 8 months ago, meticulously cleaned after every service. Tires have good life left in them, and I will include a new spare. Again, this is a turn-key business, if you chose to keep the name and the brand, you may, and I will also give you exclusive rights to our website, social media accounts, t-shirts (dri-fit, next level, gildan and 1 new Nike golf polo). People love the catchy name, the logo, and that they can clearly see the oven that their pizza is being cooked in. Can arrange for delivery. This trailer operated as Dough Mama Pizza and you can view more photos at their Facebook page. This trailer is located near Tempe, Arizona.
