The truck is equipped with two warmers, in one of them we mainly prepared dessert, we melted chocolate in it and kept it liquid to cover fresh fruit. In the other warmer, we warmed up hot dogs or kept other pre-cooked food warm.

It is equipped with 3 sinks with hot water and a hand wash sink. It also has two big refrigerators offering a lot of storage space, a small glass refrigerator which shows the desserts we offer.

The awning provides shade for the customer and the A/C ensures cool temperatures in the truck.

For health reasons we are forced to give up our well running food truck business.
