Up for sale:

Custom Built Food Concession Trailer Food Cart Turnkey Business For Sale in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Business Info:

We are called Lunchbox Philly. We’re a specialty grilled PB&J food cart, and are looking for new owners to take over. We are not just selling the food cart, we are selling a brand and a business.

We’re very brand conscious and took a very nostalgic approach to displaying our cart. We wanted to present our brand as being reminiscent of childhood lunchtime where a very common meal was PB&J. So, we basically built the entire business surrounding this concept, and added a few of our touches. We serve our sandwiches grilled.

We are based out of the Philadelphia area. We typically stand on the college campuses of Drexel and Temple University throughout the months of the semester, and in the summer, book our schedule with special events all around the tri-state area.

The sale of this business is not just the food cart, it includes an introduction to all of our connections, strategic partners, and relationships that have been acquired and built through running the business thus far. These connections are vital to being able to participate in large-venue, high volume special events organized by hospitality companies in the area. We are grandfathered in vendors at Festival Pier in Philadelphia, affiliated with The Food Trust Organization, and numerous other well-known event organizers in the area. Special events resulting from these affiliations largely take up the majority of the summer months, and equate to high earnings.

On a final note, for serious buyers interested in purchasing this business, please understand, this is by no means a ‘quick’ sale. Something like this will require working with us for at least a month or so to understand the routine of our operations.

The Trailer:

Title is present. Trailer was purchased brand new, never used for vending in November of 2014. All equipment inside of the trailer is of commercial grade. The following equipment is located inside:

– hand-wash sink

– mini refrigerator

– water heater

– 25 gallon water tank

– 2 u-line shelves (one is under the counter)

– flow jet water pump

– 2 light fixtures

– emergency light fixture

– circuit breaker

Generator: Powermate 3250 W gas powered

We are fully licensed by the Philadelphia Dept. of Health, and have all of our food and business licenses at hand. The sale of this business will require a transfer of most of these licenses.

The sale of this business includes the food trailer, generator, all food equipment, all miscellaneous equipment, resources, email/social network accounts, and a timeframe to learn the operation.

Shipping arrangements can be worked out for potential buyers not located in the area. All sales are final. Cash, money order, wire transfer, or cashier’s check accepted. 10% deposit required via PayPal.
