Curbside Mobile Italian Brick Wood Fired Pizza Oven. I’ve used this incredible oven for the past 6 months for catering and pop-ups (at breweries and events).
The oven floor is a monoblock refractory stone imported from Italy and made by Forza Forni.

The oven heats to 1000 degrees.
perfectly cooks 4 to 5 pizzas (plus wings, meatballs, sides of your choice) in 3 to 5 minutes – providing that beautiful wood oven char that you only get from a wood source.

This is a Pavesi oven.
The chimney is removable.
The trailer is beautifully built with two stainless steel prep tables, elegant trim, blackboard finish.
The trailer has a wheel jack, a tow bar with a 2 inch ball coupler, two kick stands and plenty of storage space underneath for wood and oven tools.
