– 36 inch Flat top grill
– Professional grade 2 basket fryer

– 4-burner stove with a large oven.

The truck has an 8 foot exhaust system, 2 refrigerators, a freezer, and a 3-compartment sink and a handwashing sink to code. There is no generator, however there is a spot on the side of the truck with a connection for a generator and a sliding track to position for installation.

For aesthetic reasons and to give the clients an “open kitchen” style effect, we’ve designed a 10 foot hydraulic display window that leads the eyes into a chic stainless steel backdrop. We’ve cooked burgers, sandwiches, pastas, salads, quinoa plates, and antipasto platters in this truck. There is an unlimited amount of capability this food truck can deliver.
