For sale is a unique, custom-built food truck trailer which was built in 2018. It was built for a bakery and features a bakery case under the serving window that is viewable from the street. It includes a 100 lb. Propane tank and has jacks on all four corners. It features reclaimed materials such as: corrugated metal roof from a barn, a door from a cabin, the ceiling inside is from green heart and red heart wood from the floors of railway cars, and the interior walls are made from wood from pickle barrels.

This trailer was made for use without a generator. The half size convection oven runs off of mostly propane. The refrigerator/freezer is dual power (propane/electricity). The hot water heater is also dual power. The lighting is all LED and runs off of batteries connected to an inverter. The trailer plugs in to charge. It was designed as a fully stand alone commercial kitchen and has a large 3-bay sink that can fit half size sheet pans.
