For sale is a 1984 Chevy Grumman turned into a mobile kitchen. This is an amazing mobile kitchen with plenty of storage and counter space. We are the second owner, it’s been used as a prep kitchen since 2017. Prior to us it was used to cater events, feeding as many as 1,000 people per event. This would be the perfect solution for an instant commercial kitchen for any outdoor catering venues. The trailer has the following dimensions and equipment included in the sale:

– 1984 Chevy Box Truck front for towing – Approx. 112,000 miles, diesel
– 1984 Gruman’s Trailer, approximately 34’ long, 44’ with truck
– Both rust-free, tires in good shape, including 2 spare tires
– 80 gallon Propane Tank
– Onan Marquis LP 6500 Generator
– Portable steel step-up
– 2 separate entrance/exits
– 75 gallon Grey water collection tank

– 60 Amp plug for running on electricity instead of generator
– Completely stainless steel interior
– 2 Vent hood systems
– Ample caged/covered lighting, fluorescent and incandescent, plus skylight
– Three American Range deep fryers
– Large pots and pan sink
– Triple-bay sink with stainless steel cover
– Handwashing sink
– 2 Imperial convection ovens
– American Range 6-burner stove
– 2 Extra large burners
– Warmer
– 2 under counter Refrigerators
– 1 full-size reach-in Refrigerator
– 36’ counter space
– 50’ shelf space

To build a comparable commercial kitchen with all equipment and ventilation would cost upwards of $100,000, not including the potential effect on property value/taxes. There is some winter freeze damage to sink pipes, and refrigeration units may need work as well. Most equipment still has original manual/paperwork.

Interested parties may call 6105096829 or email for more information on the trailer.
