This big red steal is in like new condition with lots of room inside. It comes with complete water, electrical, propane, hood, and fire suppression systems. It has several fire extinguishers and has always passed all inspections with flying colors. It also includes a cold service line with refrigerated storage below, a 36″ flat top, a 2 burner stove, a single fryer with 2 baskets, several 1/6 and 1/3 pans, it does have a large serving / prep table inside, a 3 compartment sink, a hand washing sink and a separate prep sink, it has a tankless (on demand) water heater and plenty of dry storage area. I am including the generator and 2 propane tanks as well as all water and drain hoses, and 2 power cords – one shorter one for the generator and one longer 50 ft. cord. There is a small roof mounted a/c unit also.

The trailer has been used for less than a year and only part time, all equipment is in excellent condition. I am selling it because I was recruited to another company and won’t have time to continue running it. There is also room to add some of your own equipment. It has diamond plate flooring and stainless steel behind the cooking area. There is a large serving window that opens with an awning when serving and a small ledge / table for service – there’s even power outside to add lighting. I is approximately 16 ft. long – not including the tongue and about 8 ½ ft. wide.

My wife and I bought it brand new – we are the original owners and have always taken pride on being the cleanest and best maintained trailer out there. Our Customers were always confident in purchasing food from us because of this. We are best known for several types of Hamburgers, hot dogs, po’boy’s, pulled pork, fries, quesadillas, and several breakfast items including several types of burritos – all made to order and from scratch on the unit. It has handled breweries, sporting events, competitions and festivals with ease. There is enough room for 3 people comfortably to work inside or 4 if they are really good friends. We would appreciate serious inquiries only and are hoping the next owner will take as much pride in it as we did.
