This is an very spacious and very easy to work trailer. I bought it to reinvigorate my boredom since I retired a few years back from the restaurant industry. I opened restaurants for a major chain throughout my nearly 40 years in the food business. I opened my concept Kokopelli Grille and ran it for 8 weeks only, I am selling the trailer and contents only, not the business side. Although I really don’t want to part with it, circumstances have changed since I purchased it new back in March, and I must sell it.

The trailer has not been painted with a logo or logo wrapped yet, so it should be easy to put your logo on it. It does have vinyl lettering with my name and address on it, but I will remove the lettering. It has 2 doors, one in each end, both with magnetic fly screens, plus 2-3×4 pop up serving windows with screens and 2 drop down counter ledges on the exterior.

This 2017 model Cargo Craft Expedition (excluding tongue) is 16′ X 8.5′ and is 7.5′ in height. The overall height is 11′ including the exhaust fan housing on top. The length includes spacious 14′ inside workspace kitchen and a 2′ porch on the rear. There is a Kobalt tool box mop/broom closet on the rear as well.

7000 watt NEW Gen7000LP propane generator with maybe 20 hours run time on it and a custom built box with ventilation and diamond plate cover with slide out rails for ease in servicing, and soundproofing of the box.
2-40# propane tanks with gauges and manual switch over regulator on the back porch in a custom built diamond plate box with rear and front shut off valves.

Diamond Plate Aluminum floors with 2-3′ X 5′ rubber slip resistant mats.
3 compartment stainless steel sink with a drying ledge and 2 drying/storage stainless steel shelves above the sink. Diamond plate doors under sink for water/grey water storage areas.
30 gallon fresh water tank
45 gallon grey water tank
Hand washing sink with 8″ diamond plate guard around it. With towel and soap dispenser
7′ Exhaust hood with exhaust fan with Dayton type filters.
Fire extinguisher
2 burner stovetop (propane)
24″ flat grill (propane)
1-40# deep fryer (propane)
(The cooking appliances and refrigeration appliances are lashed down with “J” type toggle latches, but they are easily removed for cleaning)
2 door 12 pan sandwich station stainless steel refrigerator (pans/lids included)
27″ stainless steel deep freezer with stainless steel prep top
5′ serving/prep table under the serving window with a shelf underneath
Oster broiler/oven/convection oven combo over sandwich station on a 18″ x 24″ stainless steel shelf. Stainless steel wire drawer (for breads) under oven.

There are 5 electrical outlets on the inside and none outside, but there are 4 flood lights over the serving windows. Two custom built stainless steel tables/shelves, one for the food warmer with wire rack shelves below it at the rear and one beside the deep fryer for the 2 light heat lamp (included) with 2 pots and pans shelves below. One electric potato tornado spiral slicer. 6 gallon electric water heater. Roof mount A/C unit with heat as well. 22″ Advanco food warmer with 3 round soup tureen pans and 6 square/rectangular pans. 2 – 4′ x 12″ stainless steel storage shelves over serving windows. Also included is the paper/plastic inventory that I have on hand.
