This custom 2016 Isuzu food truck was built by Schantz Mfg. who has over 60+ years in the concession trailer/food truck business. We built this top of the line truck to be the best in our area, there were no sacrifices made. We wanted it to have the ability to perform as well as all of our 9 restaurants do. This truck was built to serve quickly and efficiently. With that in mind we equipped it with the following:

– 2016 Isuzu NPR-HD (Gvwr – 14,500) with 20′ box – only 5400 miles!
– Spray in one piece, seamless floor. Easier to clean and will not dull like tread plate
– Interior is wrapped in white aluminum on walls and ceiling, stainless steel behind cook line
– 125 Amp main electrical box, all GFI to code
– Cummins 20,000 kw water cooled diesel generator
– (2) 15k BTU A/C and heat
– Liquid Propane system with all piping hidden, rear box capable of holding 60# tanks
– UI/NSF rated & registered 9′ stainless steel hood with filters
