No-expense-spared commercial design and fabrication of a modern AIRSTREAM, designed for safe operation, smooth and dynamically balanced travel, or fixed-location service. Fully compliant with all sanitation and NSF mandates. All surfaces and walls are stainless steel (no board anywhere) with custom aluminum underpinnings for weight savings. This is likely the most professional, ergonomic Airstream commercial kitchen in the US designed for expanded audience service and rapid output (and which has been appraised for $160,000 in 2018 – documentation available, as well as full equipment receipts from the build which convey any existing warranties).
