For sale is the 1931 Ford Good Humor Ice Cream Truck. This vehicle was restored several years ago in Connecticut with wonderful detail. One of only two in existence and is in MINT shape. This Ice Cream truck was featured in Hemming’s 2011 Model A Truck Calendar for October.

This is a Wide Body (very rare) Model A truck that runs perfectly. The Ice Cream box is a cold plate freezer and the compressor has been moved to underneath the box since the pictures were taken to reduce the overall height of the vehicle so it can fit in an enclosed trailer.

I’ve included a few pictures of where the compressor is now mounted, underneath the freezer box as well as a picture of the top of the box from where it was removed. The truck was also converted from a 6V to a 12V system for better reliability. Temp of the freezer box goes down to -7 degrees F. The signs on top of the box were put on hinges so they can fold down when putting the truck into the trailer.

This truck can be considered museum quality, but it can also be used for events should you so choose. If you are in the South Florida area and would like to see the truck in person you can schedule with me to see it. Contact me with additional questions. My name is Steve and my cell is 954-415-9547.
